How Crowns are Done Buckhead
r. Tekin’s crown appointments are done in two visits as such:
Dr. Tekin will gently numb your tooth – profound anesthesia is a must for a comfortable visit. He then reshapes your tooth for a new crown. Impressions are taken, and lastly, a provisional, plastic crown is made to temporarily protect your tooth until the second visit.
No anesthesia is required (no shots!) The provisional crown is removed and the lab-fabricated All-Ceramic crown is tried in. Dr. Tekin checks the fit and your bite is assesed. When everything looks and feels perfect, your new crown is cemented in.
Voila !! Enjoy your new crown !!!
